Holidays
Employees are entitled to 28 holiday days per year, this includes 5 bank holidays. If an employee works less than 5 days a week their holiday entitlement will be pro rated.
Key trading days such as - Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve from 11pm and New Years Day would not be included in this scheme and would still be treated as key days to work i.e. if you are rostered you will still receive compensation for working these days.

Taxi journeys: Hotels offer subsidised rates for late night/early morning travel to and from work.

Local Discounts: Each hotel has deals with local shops & leisure places - ask for more details.

Interns/Placements
Looking for some experience in hospitality or a first taste of supervising others then look out for the intern placement opportunities within each hotel programmes are hands on and will give real experience in the people, product and profit skills needed to be a successful hotelier.

Direct entry opportunities
Depending on an individual's drive and ability there are lots of opportunities to join us in a specialist management position. Age and experience is not a barrier, if you can do the job you get the job. We take calculated risks on individuals and have got some great development and support tools in place to help them be successful.
